Dungeons and Dragons:
Updated July 3, 2006
Welcome to possibly the most geeky part of my website.
I've been playing Dungeons and Dragons, with some regularity, since I was twelve. My best friend, Nate, introduced me to the game with his older brother's 1E AD&D rule set and a homemade adventure scrawled in a graph paper notebook. Those first adventures molded the way I look at gaming and when I play now, I think about the good times back then, seated on my bedroom floor with scraps of paper, dice, and books scattered in organized chaos.
Let's see what we have here...
- Gaming Wiki:The Gaming Wiki holds all the game files that the Planehopping Planescape Game uses. Since some of these things are copy written and I have no desire to have legal action taken against me, this directory requires a username and password. You'll need to get in touch with me if you want access and unless we're good friends and I know you won't rat-eff me, you're request will go unheeded.
- Thimtona:Back in 2002, I began tossing around the idea of a campaign world. Thimtona is the evolution of that idea. Currently on hiatus, the periodic developments I come up with are stashed here for my old players to check out.
- Sakor's Journal:The character I play in the Planehopping Planescape game is a priest of the deity that gives rise to magic and knowledge. As part of his concept, he records his deeds and the knowledge he acquires in a journal of sorts. Excerpts of this journal are stored here.
- Mechanics:Every once and a while I come up with some new class, feat, or magic item that I want to share with the gaming world. I put these little crunchy bits here, for the world to see.
- House Rules:Currently empty, on the chance that I get a honest to goodness table top game running, I'd put a bunch of house rules here. Until then, this is going to be inactive.
